She has even started her own inspirational page on Instagram called Under His Wings where she encourages and inspires through scripture. Hello my name is Amarilis Padilla. I am from Brooklyn, New Jersey. A made up place because I have dual residency and it is hard to choose just one. New York had my heart but I call New Jersey my home. I graduated from Montclair State University with my Bachelor’s in Family Services. I have finally turned my vision into a reality and I am now a blogger.
